The Former Governor of Rivers State and current minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, has called on the National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to suspend the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar.

The Minister and chieftain of the PDP also said the likes of Sule Lamido and Aminu Tambuwal should be suspended from the main opposition party.

Speaking in an interview on Channels Television, Wike said himself and members of the G5 should be congratulated for fighting for justice, equity and fairness within the party.

Asked why he thinks he shouldn’t be suspended too, Wike alleged that he didn’t do anything wrong.

When asked if he was not fighting against the will of the party, Wike added that the party was fighting against Nigerians by not following the constitution.
