The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, has dismissed insinuations that he masterminded the political misfortune of a former governor of the state and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.

The governor also debunked claims that he was against the political aspirations of the immediate past governor of the state, Umaru Tanko Al-Makura.

The governor, today, through his Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Comrade Peter Ahemba, said he is committed to continuing to work with his predecessors towards making Nasarawa State a better place for all of its residents.

He termed it mischievous for anyone to insinuate or accuse the governor of being responsible for the internal disagreement among members of the National Working Committee of the party that led to the voluntary resignation of Senator Abdullahi Adamu as the unfortunate development has nothing absolutely to do with the governor.
