There was gridlock at the Lekki Tollgate on Thursday morning as youths mark the second anniversary of the Lekki shooting.
VOP news gathered that many commuters were stranded as the procession led by comedian, Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni and singer, Folarin Falana aka Falz continued.
Also present at the procession were Feyikemi Abudu and other youths.
Meanwhile, Tear gas was fired to disperse protesters at the toll gate.
Protesters and civilians alike are currently fleeing the scene of the #EndSARSmemorial procession.
Efforts to reach the Spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, proved abortive as of the time of filing this report, as calls and and text messages sent to his line were not responded to.
