Nigerian singer Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan, and his longtime partner, Davita Lamai, have announced 24 October 2026, as the date for their wedding celebration.

The couple revealed the date in a “Save the Date” video shared on Instagram on Thursday night, simply captioned, “24 October 2026.”

The intimate video featured a voiceover from one of their children, who spoke warmly about the couple’s relationship and family life.

“When I think about love, I think about my mommy and daddy,” the child said in the video.

The voiceover also highlighted the family bond between Zlatan, Davita and their two sons, describing their parents’ relationship as one built around love, support and togetherness.

A family milestone

The announcement comes months after reports that Zlatan and Davita had privately formalised their union in a civil ceremony.

The couple had also reportedly announced their plans to friends and colleagues in July while travelling to attend the wedding of businessman and music executive Soso Soberekon.

Zlatan and Davita have been together for several years and are parents to two boys.

Their first son, Toluwalase Omoniyi, was born in 2020, while their second son, Benaiah Omoniyi, was born in 2024.

The October ceremony is expected to mark another major celebration for the couple, following their reported private civil union earlier in the year.
