An asoebi guest at the highly publicised wedding of Nigerian content creators Jarvis and Peller has sparked online conversations after revealing that she spent ₦2.19 million to participate in the celebration.

The woman, who shared a detailed breakdown of her expenses in a viral video, gave viewers an insight into the cost of attending a luxury Nigerian wedding, from fashion and beauty preparations to event documentation.

According to her breakdown, the asoebi fabric alone cost ₦350,000, while her custom-made dress was ₦400,000. She also spent ₦300,000 on videography and ₦200,000 on photography to capture moments from the celebration.

Her preparations also included a pre-wedding studio shoot, which cost ₦75,000 per hour, as well as beauty expenses. She revealed that her pre-wedding hairstyle cost ₦100,000, her wedding hairstyle was ₦60,000, and her makeup cost another ₦60,000.

Other expenses included a purse purchased for ₦40,000, jewellery worth ₦60,000, earrings costing ₦50,000, and ₦50,000 spent on nails for both her hands and feet.

The asoebi girl also revealed that she had her gele tied twice, paying ₦50,000 each time.
