The rivalry between street-pop singer Habeeb Badmus, popularly known as Portable, and Nollywood actor Charles Okocha is set to peak as both stars prepare for their highly anticipated boxing rematch tagged “Unfinished Business”. Scheduled for Friday, July 31, at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, the bout forms part of Balmoral Group’s Chaos in the Ring 4 fight card.
The showdown follows their initial encounter at Landmark Beach, which ended in a victory for Portable after four rounds. Okocha subsequently activated his rematch clause, dismissing the first result and promising a knockout win. Ahead of the bout, Okocha intensified his training regime alongside elite professional heavyweights in London, while Portable completed his fight camp in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, under professional boxer Taiwo “Esehpo” Agbaje.
Tensions between the two competitors recently spilled over during their official pre-fight press conference in Ikeja, where verbal exchanges escalated into a physical altercation before security intervention. Organized alongside professional contests and additional celebrity exhibition matches, the event will be broadcast across digital platforms and broadcast networks.
