Regent Microfinance Bank has announced the relocation of its headquarters to Herbert Macaulay Way, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, as part of a strategic move to expand its banking services and improve customer experience.
Speaking on the development, the Managing Director, Idris Olugbesan, said the move is designed to improve efficiency and broaden access to financial services.
“This move allows us to serve our customers more efficiently while expanding access to digital financial services. We are focused on providing simple, reliable, and accessible banking solutions,” he said.
The development, disclosed by the bank, is aimed at strengthening operations while enhancing both physical and digital service delivery for its growing customer base.
The bank said the relocation reflects its commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of customers in a rapidly digitising financial landscape.
While many customers rely on digital banking platforms, the institution noted that the new headquarters will also cater to those who prefer in-person interactions.
Improved service delivery
According to the bank, the new office will function as a central hub for customer engagement and digital operations, enabling faster service delivery and improved client support.
The institution also reaffirmed its commitment to investing in digital banking solutions that allow customers to carry out transactions and manage finances seamlessly.
Regent Microfinance Bank stated that the relocation aligns with its broader goal of promoting financial inclusion, particularly by extending services to underserved populations and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria.
Customers and stakeholders have been encouraged to visit the new headquarters to explore the bank’s expanded range of services.
